What artwork size should I provide?
Artwork size requirements depend on the product. For example, an A4 flyer should measure 210 mm × 297 mm. Always include a 3 mm bleed on all sides for clean trimming. Custom sizes are also available — feel free to contact us for assistance.
Can you help with design if I don’t have one?
Yes, we offer in-house design services for layout adjustments, touch-ups, or complete custom designs (charges apply). As design preferences are subjective, we also recommend using tools like Canva or submitting your design in Photoshop format.
What file format should I send my artwork in?
We recommend submitting high-resolution PDF files in CMYK color mode, at 300 DPI with a 3 mm bleed. We also accept JPEG, PNG, CDR, and PSD files if the resolution is sufficient.
Can I print from a photo or screenshot?
Yes, but image quality depends on the resolution. We'll advise you if your file is too low in quality. Screenshots and non-HD WhatsApp photos are discouraged. For best results, please provide the original file.
Do you check my artwork before printing?
We perform a basic check for dimensions, bleed, and fonts. For in-depth design checks, we recommend using our professional design services.

Printing Technologies & Materials
What’s the difference between digital and offset printing?
Digital printing is ideal for small quantities and fast turnaround times. Offset printing is more economical for larger volumes and delivers more consistent color results.
What paper types and finishes are available?
We offer a variety of materials such as art card, simili, kraft, PVC, and sticker stock. Available finishes include matte/gloss lamination, spot UV, gold stamping, and more.
Why might the printed colors differ from what I see on my screen?
Digital screens display RGB colors, while printing uses CMYK. Variations may occur due to color space conversion and material types. A 5–10% difference in color is generally acceptable.
Do you offer proofs before mass printing?
Yes, we can provide PDF digital proofs or printed physical samples upon request for color-sensitive jobs. Final confirmation is required before printing.
What’s bleed and why is it important?
Bleed is an extra 3 mm margin beyond the trim line to ensure color extends to the edge after cutting. Keep text and key elements at least 5 mm inside the edge to avoid being trimmed off.
Do bulk orders get a lower per‑unit price?
Yes. Larger quantities often qualify for a lower per-unit price, especially with offset printing. Additional discounts may apply for upfront payments.
Do you keep my artwork files for re-orders?
Yes, we securely store your artwork for future reprints unless you request deletion. Files are typically retained for a reasonable period.
